Our three apartment style residences are perfect for a long stay. Guests become "NYC locals" living in the Gramercy Park neighborhood. The residences are housed in a non-doorman New York City style apartment building and are located on the 2nd or 4th floors. There is elevator access and guests have their own set of keys just like a resident. Each apartment has a living-room with either a kitchen or kitchenette, separate bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath.
30 day minimum stay required.
Residences include:
